What is SITC OnDemand?

SITC OnDemand is a multimedia library with short-form educational content curated for SITC members and subscribers. Stream anytime, anywhere, at your own pace.

How do I log in to SITC OnDemand?

If you’ve purchased access, log in by clicking the ‘Log In’ button in the top right corner of the website. Enter your SITC account username and password to access the library.

What content is available on SITC OnDemand?

The SITC OnDemand library will include recordings from several SITC events. Content will be updated on a rolling basis.

What features are included in SITC OnDemand?

The SITC OnDemand platform includes:

  • A user-friendly search, filter, and browse experience.
  • An algorithm-based recommendation engine that suggests content based on your preferences and viewing history.

Can I claim CME credit for watching the content on SITC OnDemand?

CME credit cannot be earned by watching content on SITC OnDemand at this time.

Do I have to view content within a specific time frame?

SITC Members will have full access as long as they are a paid SITC member in good standing. SITC OnDemand subscriptions, available for purchase to non-members, are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I download videos or other materials from SITC OnDemand?

Currently, videos and other materials are not available for download. All content is available for online viewing.

I just joined as a SITC Member. Why don't I have access to OnDemand yet?

Thank you for joining! Please note that access for new SITC Members may take up to 48 hours.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

No cancellations will be accepted for SITC OnDemand subscriptions. If a non-member subscriber wishes to become a SITC member within 3 months of the subscription purchase, the subscription fee can be utilized for the dues payment.

If the subscription fee paid is greater than the dues amount, no refund of the difference shall be returned to the member. If the subscription fee paid is less than dues amount, the member shall pay SITC the remainder owed.
